What Is Covered
Our guarantee covers the most common issues that can arise when booking wedding and event vendors
Vendor No-Show Protection
If your booked vendor fails to show up on the event day without prior notice, we will work with the vendor to resolve the situation and help arrange an alternative vendor if possible.
Service Quality Assurance
If the service delivered is significantly different from what was agreed upon in the quote, we will mediate between you and the vendor to reach a fair resolution.
Timely Response
All guarantee claims are reviewed within 48 hours. Our team works to resolve disputes quickly so your celebration plans stay on track.
Verified Vendor Network
Every vendor on Mero Najik goes through a verification process. We check business registration, portfolio authenticity, and customer references.
How to File a Claim
Filing a guarantee claim is simple and straightforward
Report the Issue
Go to your booking in the dashboard and click 'Report a Problem'. Describe what happened in detail so our team can understand the issue.
We Review Your Claim
Our team reviews your claim within 48 hours. We may contact both you and the vendor to understand the situation fully.
Resolution
Based on our review, we will mediate a fair resolution. This may include the vendor resolving the issue directly, Mero Najik mediating a solution between both parties, or the claim being declined with a clear explanation.
The following situations are not covered under the Mero Najik Guarantee:
- Services booked outside the Mero Najik platform
- Cancellations made by the customer less than 24 hours before the event
- Dissatisfaction with subjective quality (e.g., 'I didn't like the decoration style') when the agreed-upon scope was delivered
- Weather-related disruptions or force majeure events
- Additional services requested on-site that were not part of the original quote
- Disputes filed more than 7 days after the event date
